Raisin Chutney-Glazed Ham

Juicy ham brushed with a gourmet glaze of mango chutney, raisins, curry powder and ginger.

  • * 1 Cook's® Bone-in Spiral Sliced Half Ham (about 9 pounds)

Raisin-Chutney Glaze
  • * 1/2 cup mango chutney, large pieces chopped if necessary
  • * 1/4 cup raisins, finely chopped
  • * 1-1/2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • * 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • * 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger


  1. Remove and discard glaze packet from ham or reserve for another use. Prepare and bake ham according to package directions, uncovering and brushing occasionally with the Raisin-Chutney Glaze for the last 30 minutes of the baking time.
  2. Raisin-Chutney Glaze: Mix chutney, raisins, vinegar, curry powder and ginger in small bowl until well blended.
  3. Carve ham just before serving.


Great Substitute: Prepare as directed, using Cook's® Bone-in Butt or Shank Portion (or Half Ham).
