Marinated Ham Steaks

Ingredients

  • * 1 can (12 ounces) frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • * Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
  • * 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • * 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • * 1 cinnamon stick (3-1/2 inches), broken in half
  • * 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • * 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • * 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • * 1/4 cup Oil
  • * 2 Cook's® Bone-in Ham Steaks (about 1 pound each)

Preparation

  1. Mix juice concentrate, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, rosemary, cinnamon, cloves and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Pour over ham steaks in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Turn bag over to evenly coat ham. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  2. Prepare grill for medium heat.
  3. Remove ham steaks from marinade; discard bag and marinade. Grill ham steaks 3 to 5 minutes on each side, or until meat thermometer registers 160°F when inserted in centers of steaks. Garnish with rosemary, if desired.
